Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design and configure custom applications, workflows, and scripts on the ServiceNow platform, delivering ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and HRSD modules.

You will work in an Agile environment, translate user stories into testable features, integrate third-party systems via REST/SOAP, and uphold ITIL-compliant development practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow technical development.
• Core Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and MID servers.
• Methodologies: Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery and ITIL frameworks.
