Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.

You will craft workflows, UI policies, and client scripts, while maintaining Service Portal pages and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. Strong ITIL knowledge and enterprise delivery experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of ServiceNow development experience focusing on ITSM modules.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and ServiceNow Agile Development module.

Job Descriptions:

ServiceNow ITSM Development

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog
• Build and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications
• Develop and maintain Service Portal pages, widgets, and themes
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs

Platform Administration

• Manage ServiceNow platform configuration, upgrades, and patch deployments
• Maintain ServiceNow security, access controls, and role-based permissions
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Collaboration & Documentation

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions
• Produce and maintain technical documentation including design specs, test scripts, and user guides
• Participate in code reviews and ensure solutions comply with ServiceNow best practices

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

• 5-8 years of ServiceNow development experience with focus on ITSM modules
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and ServiceNow's Agile Development module

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS within ServiceNow
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist — ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
• ITIL Foundation or higher

Language Requirements

• English: Excellent proficiency — written and spoken (required for all applicants)
• Mandarin (Putonghua / Simplified Chinese): Business-level proficiency - strongly preferred;
