Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Business Analyst Manager in Taguig to lead the analysis, design, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions. The role requires a strategic mindset and at least 6 years of overall experience, including 3-4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder engagements, driving process design workshops, and translating requirements into technical specifications. Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience, with at least 3-4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Proven experience in ITSM, HRSD, IRM, CMDB/ITOM, and SPM modules.
• Strong background in business process design, assessment, and reengineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagements to gather and document business requirements.
• Manage and drive process design workshops and strategy definition sessions.
• Work closely with technical teams to design scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Manage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deliver ServiceNow platform demos and walkthroughs to clients.
