Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT or consulting, with 5+ years in ServiceNow leadership or delivery roles.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations across industries.
• Strong pre-sales and solutioning experience, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and CSM.
• Experience in the Philippine consulting landscape is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Guide the end-to-end execution of complex ServiceNow engagements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide oversight on project governance, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Support and mentor delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
• Partner with business development teams to shape proposals and client presentations.
• Participate in client discussions and workshops to articulate ServiceNow value.
• Contribute to tailored roadmaps and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Assist in crafting responses to RFPs and client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational aspects of a growing ServiceNow capability.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
• Assist in resource planning, performance management, and team utilization strategies.
• Identify talent needs and support recruitment efforts.
