Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and administering ServiceNow Performance Analytics for ITSM.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules such as discovery service mapping and event handling.
• Apply advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, request, CMDB).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components to ensure resilient and optimized deployments.
• Experience in hybrid work environments coordinating architecture discussions and handoffs across distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate constraints into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive ServiceNow infrastructure architectures aligning ITSM/ITOM with business objectives and platform scalability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and Performance Analytics.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow Performance Analytics for ITSM to deliver dashboards, trend reports and data models.
• Implement robust ServiceNow ITOM configurations including discovery, service mapping and event management.
• Review existing workflows and designs to identify modernization opportunities leveraging ServiceNow modules.
• Evaluate integration patterns between ServiceNow and external systems ensuring secure data exchange.
• Develop infrastructure standards for capacity planning, performance tuning and high availability.
• Monitor system health and performance metrics within ServiceNow and related infrastructure.
• Document architecture blueprints, baselines and playbooks for audit-ready compliance.
• Collaborate with security teams to embed controls within ServiceNow architectures.
• Guide automation of routine tasks using ServiceNow workflows and orchestration.
• Support continuous improvement by translating feedback into targeted enhancements.
