Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical/Functional Architect to design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business strategy.

You will lead solution design, governance, integration planning and deployment from discovery through rollout. The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise across modules such as ITSM, ITAM, HR, and Finance, with strong data architecture and API skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years in architect, technical lead, or solution lead capacity.
• Deep expertise across ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance or related modules.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, integration patterns, and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture requirements.
• Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Create solution architectures, data models, and integration strategies.
• Lead implementation projects from planning and design through deployment.
• Establish technical standards, governance frameworks, and development best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical direction to development teams.
• Manage complex integrations and system-migration initiatives.
• Develop platform roadmaps and optimize ServiceNow utilization.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, infrastructure, and business functions.
• Evaluate ServiceNow modules, products, platform capabilities, and emerging technologies.
