Job description

• Responsible in preparing quotations or costing for customers.

• Facilitate customers regarding price inquiries.

• Assist in assessment of major mechanical body repairs.

• Assist in documents of follow-up from customers and insurance companies.

• Responsible in opening of repair orders for walk-in customers and emergency field repairs.

• Receive customer vehicle, monitor progress of repair, and constantly update customer about the status of the unit.

• Assist customer during vehicle release and explain the details of the repair up to billing.
