You will drive operational efficiency in New Accounts, Accounting and Investment sections, support marketing cross-selling, and mentor staff to meet branch targets and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree holder.
• 3–4 years in branch banking operations.
• Strong persuasion and marketing skills.
• Service Quality Management expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures.
