Job summary

Shangri-La Boracay invites experienced hospitality professionals to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of OPERA or other front office systems is highly valued. A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, and local packages are offered to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in an International Hotel/ Resort is an advantage.
• A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Hospitality Management or any related course.
• Fluency in both oral and written English.
• Knowledgeable in front office operational systems, OPERA and other applications.
• Compensation and Benefits: Local Package is offered.
