Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in Service Coordination, Scheduling, Dispatching, Workforce Management, or Service Operations.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Scheduling and Dispatching team to meet service delivery targets.
• Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, dispatch planning, and workload balancing.
• Ensure SLA/commercial commitments are met and escalations are handled.
• Monitor backlog, aging work orders, and engineer utilization to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Field Operations, Customer Experience, Sales, Project Management, and Finance teams.
