Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Client Success Specialist for onsite day shift at BGC, Taguig. You will support international Client Success Managers and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure value realization and smooth service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in client success or account support, strong communication skills, and familiarity with contact centre technologies and SD-WAN solutions. Join a growing team at MicroSourcing.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in client success, service delivery, or account support (enterprise or mid-market).
Strong verbal and written communication for effective remote engagement.
Familiarity with Contact Centre technologies (NiceCX, Cisco) EX technologies (MS Teams and Webex calling) and SD-WAN solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a remote technical point of contact, communicating with client stakeholders under guidance of the Client Success Manager.
Develop relationships by understanding client needs and aligning them to technical outcomes.
Support client onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
Assist with client inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly.
