Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and courteously.
- Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist in preparing and assembling food items or beverages as per company standards.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines during preparation and handling.
- Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments.
- Provide accurate change and receipts to customers.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and equipment as needed.
- Ensure all utensils and tools are in proper working condition.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, food service, or retail (an advantage but not required).
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
