Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; admin or customer service certification is a plus
• Experience in service coordination, admin support, or customer service in appliance/service industry preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Proficiency with scheduling systems, email, and MS Office
• Customer-service oriented with attention to quality support
• Professional and courteous demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Flexible in fast-paced service environment

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers and technicians to optimize time and satisfaction
• Maintain detailed service records including customer data, history, and notes
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and other channels to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Liaise between customers and technicians to clarify service requirements and manage expectations
• Process service requests and orders, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
• Track service status and provide timely progress updates to customers
• Assist with invoicing, billing queries and warranty documentation
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases for service information
• Support service manager with reporting and performance monitoring
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
