• Manages dispatch schedules, required parts and cash advances needed by technicians
• Coordinates with customer service dispatch schedules and permit requirements
• Updates customer on service results by sending service report via email
• Liaise internally with cross functional team to ensure seamless service operations
• Ensures established KPI's are achieved
• Maintains 5S standards
