MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking a Service Coordinator for an onsite, day-shift role. You will manage customer inquiries, log service jobs in ICE ERP, and coordinate technicians while maintaining accurate records and timely communications.

The role requires 1–2 years in administration or coordination, strong English skills, and proficiency with Outlook/Excel. ERP/CRM experience and customer-service mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in administration, scheduling, coordination or similar role.
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable handling emails and calls.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
• Experience learning ERP/CRM or job management systems.
• Experience coordinating technicians or field service teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound service email inbox, triage inquiries, respond promptly.
• Create, update and log service jobs in the ICE ERP/job system.
• Schedule technicians and maintain appointments via Outlook.
• Monitor and close completed service jobs in the system.
• Prepare and send customer quotes by email.
• Process toner orders and assist invoicing and admin tasks.
• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls as required.
• Maintain records for service requests and customer data.
• Coordinate with internal teams and onshore stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting scheduling or billing.
