Job summary

RTX is seeking a capable professional at the Philippines site to handle customer orders, RFQs, and interface with multiple departments. The role emphasizes data analysis, process improvements, and compliance with terms, while ensuring timely payments and delivering contractual commitments.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years’ relevant experience, strong MS Office and SAP skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment with ACE/Six Sigma exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficient.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• SAP knowledge.
• Experience working in a manufacturing set up.
• ACE, Six sigma continuous improvement experience.
• Reporting, database manipulation and/or VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Digest large amounts of data quickly and be decision-oriented.
• Process customer orders, RFQs and expectations per terms and conditions.
• Interface extensively with internal departments.
• Ensure flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, etc. are communicated timely.
• Manage contracts, delivery status inquiries and expedited requests.
• Assist with timely payment from customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Own responsibilities and train others in areas of expertise.
• Adhere to EH&S practices and safety standards across the site.
• Non-traditional hours may be required; mid shift 2:30 PM–11:00 PM onsite.
