Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing tools techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for assembly and perform tasks of varying skill levels in assembly.
• Demonstrate initiative and work well in a team.
• Assemble and/or install electrical and/or mechanical components per blueprints, wire lists, diagrams or shop practices.
• Use small hand tools (soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers).
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to meet daily and monthly production targets.
