Job summary

RTX is seeking a customer-focused Order Management professional in Batangas, Philippines for onsite work. The role involves handling customer orders, RFQs, and billing-related adjustments while coordinating with Supply Chain, Shipping, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure timely fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have 1–2 years in related roles, strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, order management, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams on urgent requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, phone and other channels.
• Process orders, RFQs, and requirements per contract terms.
• Handle order changes, expediting, delivery updates, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Create and process credit/debit note requests for billing adjustments.
• Manage AOG requests with urgent aircraft requirements.
• Coordinate shipping instructions with logistics for timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in systems.
• Contribute to process improvements to raise customer satisfaction.
