Job summary

RTX is seeking a Regional Customer Account Manager to lead and develop the regional team, escalate complex issues, and drive core operational metrics across customer accounts in the Philippines. The role emphasizes process discipline, ethical practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, coaching the team, and implementing improvements using the CORE framework. Hybrid work arrangements are available as part of RTX’s flexible work model.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, motivate and retain a Regional Customer Account Management team.
• Serve as the customer’s escalation contact for the region.
• Help set annual goals and metrics for the global customer account management group.
• Drive key daily operational processes and metrics.
• Implement standard work, monitor escapes and identify root causes for corrective actions.
• Track and measure performance for the team.
• Involvement in hiring, onboarding and training of new hires for the region.
• Conduct daily team huddles and meetings.
• Use CORE to identify process improvement opportunities and action plans.
• Promote ethics-based business practices and ensure orders comply with laws and policies.
