Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Digest large amounts of data quickly, deal with ambiguity, be decision-oriented, a quick learner and open-minded.
• Receive, review, and process customer orders, RFQs and exceptions in accordance with standard terms and conditions or customer contractual obligations.
• Interface extensively with various internal departments (supply chain, shipping, quality, etc.) and ensure all necessary flow-downs are communicated timely and accurately.
• Manage contracts, assist with customer delivery status inquiries, and expedite delivery requests as needed.
• Assist with timely payment from customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of ownership toward assigned responsibilities.
• Train and develop others in areas of expertise.
• Work non-traditional hours when required, including the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11pm).
• Adhere to and participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure safety and well‑being of self and others.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR, in the absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in resolving customer complaints and problems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience working in a manufacturing setup.
• ACE, Six Sigma continuous improvement experience.
• Reporting, database manipulation, and/or VBA skills.
