Job summary

RTX Philippines, located in Tanauan, is seeking a procurement professional to manage supplier relationships for a defined commodity, direct all schedules and purchase orders, and ensure on-time delivery at the right cost. You will work onsite, support replenishment planning, and liaise with Finance to confirm payment status, while maintaining accurate inventory per MRP.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field, 3–5 years in purchasing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and any other related course.
• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Experience with supplier management and vendor negotiations.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and purchasing best practices.
• Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP ERP.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Decision-making and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity.
• Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP.
• Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
