Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking a customer service professional onsite in Tanauan to manage orders, RFQs, and requirements in line with contract terms.

You will coordinate with supply chain, logistics, engineering, and quality teams, handle escalations, and contribute to continuous improvement while meeting KPIs and maintaining EH&S standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.

• Handle AOG calls by coordinating urgent support to resolve aircraft-on-ground issues quickly.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of requirements to supply chain, shipping, engineering, and quality teams.
• Manage customer shipping instructions and coordinate with logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
• Generate Open Order Book reports based on customer requirements.
• Facilitate and support Open Order Book discussions with customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and business goals.
• Comply with EH&S standards and actively report hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
