• 3+ years in order management or operations support in eng/manufacturing
• Strong ERP experience (Oracle/SAP) and BOM/configuration knowledge
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail; data-driven
• Effective communication across departments and levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and process complex orders accurately and on time
• Handle change orders, RMAs, and special requests
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Logistics to resolve holds
• Monitor order progress and flag delays with stakeholders
• Prepare transaction trackers and reports for leadership
• Support team with training and process improvements
