Responsibilities

• Control of Work Orders, Service Invoices and ORs.
• Upkeep of Service Center files.
• Assist customers via phone and in person.
• General upkeep of the Service Center.
• Conduct customer surveys regularly.
• Handle and report petty cash.
• Coordinate station engineer concerns including allowances and attendance.
• Monitor Account Receivables.
