Job summary

Edsa Shangri-La Manila is seeking a Service Associate for Summer Palace to uphold high service standards and create memorable dining experiences for guests.

You will interact with guests, troubleshoot issues, and work with the Service Manager to maintain the restaurant's décor and atmosphere. Fluency in English and a passion for Food & Beverage are essential; hotel or luxury dining background is a plus.

Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila's second largest business district. Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country - Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. It is seven-kilometres from the Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.

We are looking for a Service Associate- Summer Palace.

As a Service Associate- Summer Palace, we rely on you to:

• Interact and engage with restaurant guestsand maintainhigh quality service standards
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Consistently looking to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective
• Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant and bar

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage

• Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
