Edsa Shangri-La Manila is seeking a Service Associate for the Summer Palace restaurant. You will welcome guests, deliver high-quality service, and support daily operations.

You will handle guest feedback professionally and work with the Service Manager to maintain the restaurant and bar ambiance. Ideal candidates are passionate about Food & Beverage, enjoy guest interaction, and communicate fluently in English and the local language.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles within luxury dining or five-star hotels.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English; local language a plus.
• Passion for Food & Beverage and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with restaurant guests and maintain high quality service standards.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally.
• Consistently looking to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective.
• Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including decor and atmosphere of the restaurant and bar.
