Edsa Shangri-La Manila is hiring a Service Associate for Horizon Club to join our five-star city-resort team in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong. You will deliver personalised guest service, create memorable Horizon Club experiences, and uphold our high standards of service.

We look for someone who loves interacting with guests, works well in a team, and communicates fluently in English (and local language). Prior experience with an international 5★ hotel group is a plus; you should be a self-starter

Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country - Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. It is seven-kilometres from the Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.
