Job summary

RCBC in Manila seeks a front-line associate to provide over-the-counter services with accuracy and timeliness. You will ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and internal policies, while identifying risk areas and mitigating them through proper procedures.

The role supports branch objectives through excellent customer service and is open to fresh graduates. Willingness to be assigned to the listed Makati locations is required.

• Can support in various process improvement and technology implementation on all systems being used in the branch and implements accurately in line with the prescribed policies and procedures of the bank.


• Capable in engaging to the business center's clients and offer an excellent customer service and experience.


• Works in a systematic manner to keep up with administrative functions delegated to him/her.
