Job summary

RCBC in Antipolo is seeking a customer service-focused staffer to provide over-the-counter banking services in the Business Center. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and BSP/AMLA regulations, and help manage risk by following bank procedures.

You will support branch objectives through excellent service and effective engagement with clients, with a willingness to be assigned in Antipolo as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Can support in various process improvement and technology implementation on all systems being used in the branch and implements accurately in line with the prescribed policies and procedures of the bank.
• Capable in engaging to the business center's clients and offer an excellent customer service and experience.
• Works in a systematic manner to keep up with administrative functions delegated to him/her.
