Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Customer Service Associate to provide competent, timely over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center.

You will ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and internal bank policies, help identify risk areas, and support the branch’s service objectives through excellent customer service and initiative. The role requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and integrity.

• Can support in various process improvement and technology implementation on all systems being used in the branch and implements accurately in line with the prescribed policies and procedures of the bank.
• Capable in engaging to the business center's clients and offer an excellent customer service and experience.
• Works in a systematic manner to keep up with administrative functions delegated to him/her.
