Shangri-La Group in Makati Shangri-La Manila seeks a Service Leader - Finance (Accounts Payable) to manage invoice posting, reimbursements, bank monitoring, and memos with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, leadership, and collaboration with cost control and receiving teams in a premium hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in Accounts Payable is preferred.
• Knowledge of general ledger and month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Posting of all general supplies invoices forwarded from Cost Control and Receiving Office.
• Prepare General Cashier reimbursement cheque.
• Monitor Bank Balance.
• Attend regular briefing with colleagues.
• Ensure proper accounting of all debit/credit memos.

As a Service Leader - Finance (Accounts Payable), we rely on you to:

• Posting of all general supplies invoices which are forwarded from the Cost Control Dept. and Receiving Office.
• Prepare General Cashier reimbursement cheque.
• Monitor Bank Balance.
• Attending regular briefing with colleagues.
• Ensuring proper accounting of all debit/credit memos
