Job summary

Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is seeking a frontline Associate at the San Pedro Branch in Laguna to provide competent, timely over-the-counter services and ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA and internal policies. You will help prevent risk and support branch objectives with strong customer service.

Open to fresh graduates with a 4-year degree; you should be able to handle complexity, manage time, demonstrate empathy, and engage easily with clients.

About the role

Provides competent, timely and error-free over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center. Ensures compliance with internal policies, Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) / Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and other external regulatory rules. Recognizes risk areas and eliminates risks by consistently implementing bank policies and procedures. Supports business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency on par with the Business Center's Service Standards (e.g., standard line wait, service time within acceptable turn around time, error-free processing of transactions)

• Support in various process improvement and technology implementation on all systems being used in the branch and implement accurately in line with the prescribed policies and procedures of the bank

• Engage with the business center's clients and offer excellent customer service and experience

• Work in a systematic manner to keep up with administrative functions delegated
