Responsibilities

• Submits job estimates to the Service head and awards jobs to contractors.
• Prepares a checklist of vehicles for repair and painting.
• Performs a quality control check on body-repaired and repainted vehicles.
• Estimates cost and completion time; explains services and costs to customers.
• Documents repair order changes and communicates needs to customers.
• Coordinates activities to ensure repairs are done right the first time and on time.
• Ensures time ticket information is complete and accurate for productivity tracking.
• Recommends action plans to improve service operations.
