Responsibilities

• Provides immediate assistance to ensure smooth workflow in the service reception.
• Oversees all workshop activities to ensure seamless operations at all times.
• Recommends plans of action to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
• Prepares and submits daily progress reports to the Service Manager.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Repairs are conducted in a cost-effective manner.
• Ensure time clocking is captured in the repair order by the Technician, including breaks.
• After repair completion, hand over the Repair order to Quality Inspector for final check against customer concerns and standards.
