Job summary

PAMOCOR Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks a Service Advisor to coordinate repair and maintenance of company vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment. You will liaise with mechanics, drivers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely repairs and proper documentation.

The role requires a college degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college graduate in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 year of relevant experience in automotive, heavy equipment, fleet, logistics, or motorpool operations.
• Technical knowledge of heavy equipment repairs and truck mechanics.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with mechanics, drivers, suppliers and other departments.
• Demonstrates teamwork, leadership and team empowerment.
• Organized, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the repair and maintenance of company vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
• Assess and communicate reported mechanical concerns and service requirements.
• Coordinate with mechanics, drivers, suppliers, and other concerned personnel regarding repair and maintenance activities.
• Monitor the status and progress of ongoing repairs and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, repair records, and other related documentation.
• Assist in identifying technical and mechanical issues and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Promote teamwork and support team members in achieving efficient motorpool operations.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

About the role
