DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for receiving and evaluation of customer’s vehicles for servicing
• Releasing of the vehicle to the customer after completion of repair
• Conduct up-selling of dealer products and other services to customers
• Handle and coordinate the requirements of the customer for servicing scheduled through appointment system
• Conduct after service follow-up to check quality of service and satisfaction of customers on the services rendered.
• Conduct follow-up service reminders to customers three {3} months after date of the last servicing
• Receiving and coordinating of towing outside services requested by customers to responsible parties
