Job summary

Alpha Sports in Makati City is seeking a Server/Attendant to join our hospitality team on a full-time basis. You will be the face of the venue, delivering attentive service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Based in Makati City, you will manage guest needs, greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate service with a focus on hospitality excellence. The role requires experience in food service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tables.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a waiting or food service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities to manage multiple tables simultaneously.
• Professional presentation and demeanour at all times.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during busy periods, maintaining service quality under pressure.
• Knowledge of menu items, pricing and dining etiquette is advantageous.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates safely.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

About the role

Based in Makati City, Metro Manila, this role is essential to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server / Attendant, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing attentive, professional service whilst maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This position is integral to our operations and directly contributes to guest satisfaction and business success.
