Job summary

Alpha Sports in Makati City is seeking a Server/Attendant to join our hospitality team on a full-time basis. You will be the face of the venue, delivering attentive service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Based in Makati City, you will manage guest needs, greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate service with a focus on hospitality excellence. The role requires experience in food service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tables.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a waiting or food service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities to manage multiple tables simultaneously.
• Professional presentation and demeanour at all times.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during busy periods, maintaining service quality under pressure.
• Knowledge of menu items, pricing and dining etiquette is advantageous.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates safely.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, professional demeanour upon arrival.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders from customers and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Delivering food and drinks promptly and carefully, ensuring orders are correct and presentation meets company standards.
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages and specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Addressing guest enquiries and concerns with courtesy and efficiency, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Maintaining cleanliness between services with attention to detail.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including restocking supplies and maintaining station organisation, cleanliness of the whole store.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
