Job summary

Quentic, a premier SaaS provider for EHS and sustainability management, seeks an experienced AEO/SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth. Based in Cebu on a hybrid schedule, you will own how users and AI platforms find us online, work across content, CMS, and strategy.

You will research keywords, optimise for traditional and AI search, manage an external agency, and collaborate with writers and SMEs, while tracking performance with GSC and GA4.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and Gen SEO.
• Hands-on with SEO tools (GSC, GA4) and enterprise platforms.
• Experience with AEO/Gen SEO and AI impact on search.
• Comfort reading HTML and working with schema.org structured data.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO/AEO strategy including keyword research and content gaps.
• Optimise pages for traditional SEO and AI answer engines.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and visibility; report findings.
• Manage external SEO agency briefs and approvals.
• Publish pages in the CMS and structure with clean headings and schema.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and SMEs; ensure content quality.
