Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an SEO specialist to own and execute the organic search strategy across Google and AI-powered engines. You will conduct technical audits, optimize site health, and improve Core Web Vitals, while performing keyword research and content optimization in WordPress.

You will monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions, leveraging tools like Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and deliver monthly insight reports to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong experience with technical SEO and audits.
• Understanding of AEO/GEO and AI search optimisation.
• Hands-on WordPress experience.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and GTM.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar tools.
• Knowledge of schema/structured data and Core Web Vitals.
• Basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute SEO & AEO strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and optimise site health, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals and schema.
• Perform keyword research and optimise content based on search intent.
• Optimise and create SEO/AEO-focused landing pages using WordPress.
• Improve visibility across AI search engines and LLMs.
• Use Athena and HubSpot insights to implement AEO recommendations.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and AI citations.
• Conduct competitor and search trend analysis.
• Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
