TOA Global Pty in Clark, Pampanga, is seeking a Senior Workplace Experience Manager to lead operations across assigned properties, supporting the Director of Workplace Experience. You will oversee administrative, facilities, engineering and maintenance activities to deliver a world-class, safe, clean, and compliant environment.

The role requires 7+ years in facilities management or premium commercial operations, plus 7 years in people management and 5 years in OSH compliance and regulatory

Qualifications

7+ years in facilities management or premium commercial operations.
7+ years in people management and 5+ years in OSH teams.
3 years in project management and regulatory relationships (PEZA, CDC, DOLE, DENR).
Experience with building systems, budget oversight, and contract management.

Responsibilities

Oversee admin, facilities, engineering, and maintenance operations.
Lead OSH programs and regulatory compliance.
Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and cost optimization.
Develop and mentor local site teams and leaders.
Serve as escalation point for incidents and crises.
Monitor KPIs for service quality and standards.
