Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in FM, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years FM experience with at least 3 in leadership.
• Experience managing 50,000+ sq ft or multi-site offices.
• Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Certifications such as FMP or CFM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across all facility functions.
• Oversee space planning, layouts, and renovations for hybrid work.
• Liaise with C‑suite and department heads to anticipate facility needs.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships for cost optimization.
• Lead facility committees and coordinate with HR/IT for integrated solutions.
• Develop long-term master plans and lead budget planning.
• Implement workplace tech like space management and IoT systems and analyze utilization data.
