Job summary

TOA Global in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Senior Workplace Experience Manager to lead operations, facilities, engineering and maintenance across assigned properties onsite. You will partner with the Director of Workplace Experience to uphold cleanliness, safety and high service standards for employees and guests.

The role requires a proven track record in facilities or premium operations, strong leadership, OSH expertise, budget oversight, and the ability to manage diverse teams including

Qualifications

• 7+ years in leadership roles in facilities management, hospitality, or premium operations.
• 5+ years leading OSH-compliant teams.
• 3+ years in project management with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational consistency across properties and maintain 52-week maintenance calendar.
• Lead OSH programs, emergency response, clinic management, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, vendor spend, and contract compliance to optimize resources.
• Direct and mentor site teams including supervisors, technicians, housekeeping and security.
• Act as escalation point for incidents and customer disputes; ensure quick, effective resolutions.
• Monitor KPIs to meet SLAs, CSAT, and service quality targets.
