Job summary

EY’s Global Delivery Services (GDS) – People Consulting – Work Force Management is seeking a Manager Dayforce to lead Dayforce payroll implementations for global clients from EY’s GDS PC team in Taguig. The role focuses on optimizing payroll processes, resource management, and delivering high-impact client engagements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of professional experience.
• 8–10 years of Dayforce Workforce Management and Payroll consulting.
• Experience in a consulting environment on global client projects.

Responsibilities

• Decision-making, process optimization, and resource management for payroll initiatives.
• Allocate personnel, supervise teams, and ensure tools and support are available.
• Grow payroll consulting and Workforce Management capabilities across EY global practices.
• Lead client engagements, facilitate workshops, and support sales pursuits.
• Ensure delivery quality, manage engagement risk, and control project budgets.
• Develop governance and delivery models for payroll-related services.
