Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; technology, systems, or data-focused.
• 3–8 years in software implementation, system configuration, or related fields.
• Experience in payroll, HR tech, and enterprise software consulting.
• Ability to support or participate in technology implementation projects.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of payroll and HR tech solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Develop and execute test scenarios; support UAT and production readiness.
• Document configuration, testing evidence, and solution specs.
• Engage with stakeholders; manage risks, dependencies, and delivery.
• Identify improvements to methodologies, processes, and quality.
