Job summary

Dexcom Corporation, a leader in CGM technology, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain Planning & Advanced Analytics (GSCPAA) team within GBS. You will drive end-to-end discovery, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and shape standardized processes across regions.

The role focuses on governance, data-driven decisions, and improving inventory and P&L outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline with 8–12+ years experience, or Master’s with 5–7 years.
PhD with 2–4 years of related experience acceptable in some cases.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end discovery for complex, cross-functional problems with stakeholders across functions.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution options (process, data, systems).
Map current and future state processes; identify root causes and opportunities to standardize and scale.
Define KPIs and operating measures; establish ownership and review cadence.
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with global teams to drive decisions to closure.
Partner with IT, analytics, and vendors through design, build, testing, deployment (UAT, cutover, training).
Contribute to global supply chain excellence initiatives (inventory governance, health).
