Optum is seeking a Senior Systems Management Analyst to join our global payroll team. This role focuses on Workday Payroll configuration, processing support, and ongoing system enhancements to ensure accurate and timely payroll across client accounts.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve complex payroll issues, and participate in quarterly release reviews. 4+ years of Workday Payroll experience and willingness to align with US business hours are required.

Formación

• 4+ years of Workday Payroll experience.
• Hands-on configuration and support for Workday Payroll.
• Experience with EIBs, reports and calculated fields.
• Strong understanding of payroll concepts, earnings, deductions, and taxation.
• Familiarity with Workday business objects and security.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with Optum and client requirements.
• Support Workday Payroll configuration including earnings, deductions, taxes, and payroll calculations.
• Assist in payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot payroll-related system issues and configurations.
• Participate in Workday quarterly release reviews and payroll enhancements.
