Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to own and lead project deliverables across the Workday lifecycle, focusing on Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. You will guide clients through complex business solutions, manage expectations, and drive implementation excellence.

Responsibilities include leading all stages from planning to deployment, mentoring team members, and ensuring solutions meet client needs while maintaining project budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree required.
• 6+ years of Workday experience with 3+ years in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
• Active Workday certification in HCM/Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking preferred.
• Strong consultative, presentation, and analytical skills to guide client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations from planning to deployment.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions while managing expectations.
• Coordinate with team members, manage scope, timeline, and budget.
• Mentor internal resources and build brand presence in Workday ecosystem groups.
• Identify and troubleshoot configuration issues and deliver practical solutions under deadlines.
