Job summary

SPAC Information Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst with a focus on Benefits and Payroll in a hybrid setup (BGC, Taguig, Philippines).

You will lead configuration, testing, and rollout of Benefits and Payroll modules, coordinating with HR, Payroll teams, and our Workday partner to improve processes. The role requires strong Workday HCM expertise, a fundamentals certification, and advanced Excel skills to support global users and complex reporting.

Qualifications

• Core experience gathering requirements, designing, configuring, and supporting Workday with deep Benefits/Payroll expertise.
• Workday HCM Fundamentals certification is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel (complex formulas/macros) and strong understanding of payroll cycles, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive communication across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support for global users, troubleshooting issues and managing reporting requests for Benefits and Payroll.
• Configure, test, and update Workday Benefits and Payroll modules; manage Open Enrollment configurations and payroll support.
• Gather business requirements from HR/Payroll stakeholders and translate into scalable Workday solutions.
• Support project deliveries, module enhancements, and related HR/Finance system changes.
• Prepare and execute data uploads using EIB templates for benefits and payroll data.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and Workday Partner to validate requirements and releases.
• Maintain up-to-date process docs, learning materials, and FAQs.

Senior Workday HCM Analyst (Benefits & Payroll Focus)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid 2x a week, BGC, Taguig (3 pm – 12 am)

About the Role

You will serve as a key HR Technology point of contact, dedicated to supporting and

advancing our core Workday system with a primary focus on the Benefits and Payroll modules. You

will lead the configuration, testing, and implementation of these critical areas, partnering closely

with HR and Payroll teams to drive continuous system and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day (BAU) support for global users, specifically troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and managing reporting requests related to Benefits and Payroll.
• Configure, test, and update Workday Benefits and Payroll modules (e.g., managing Open Enrollment configuration, earning/deduction codes, and payroll processing support).
• Gather business requirements from HR and Payroll stakeholders and translate them into scalable, best-practice Workday solutions.
• Support key project deliveries, module enhancements, and related HR/Finance system changes.
• Prepare and execute data uploads using EIB templates for benefits and payroll data.
• Collaborate with project managers, internal stakeholders, and our external Workday Partner to validate requirements and roll out releases.
• Keep all process documentation, learning materials, and user FAQs up to date.

What We Are Looking For
