Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Developer in Mexico to design, build, and support enterprise integrations between Workday and internal systems.

You will work across Finance, HCM, Payroll, and CRM, delivering scalable, secure integrations using Workday tools and middleware platforms. The ideal candidate has strong Workday integration experience, API development, data transformation, troubleshooting, and integration architecture, partnering with HR, Finance, and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS, IS, engineering) and 4+ years in Workday integrations.
• Experience building integrations with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, and data transformation.
• Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) is required.
• Strong problem solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations across Finance, HCM, Payroll, and other domains.
• Build inbound/outbound integrations with third party apps using middleware platforms.
• Create scalable data transformation, orchestration, and error-handling solutions.
• Develop API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) with secure authentication and governance.
• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
